Turkish Bath Use

1 First Use

Before using the Turkish bath for the first time, follow this procedure:

1.1 Initial Preparation

  1. Verify that the vaporizer is correctly connected to the water supply and electrical network
  2. Check that the water supply tap is open
  3. Verify that the drain is clear and functioning
  4. Ensure that the cabin is clean and dry
  5. Check that the door gaskets are intact
  6. Verify the correct functioning of the lighting

1.2 First Test Cycle

  1. Turn on the vaporizer via the control panel (ON/OFF button)
  2. Set the temperature
  3. Set the timer to 30 minutes
  4. Wait for the generator to complete the automatic filling cycle (max 10 minutes)
  5. The display will show "SS" during heating
  6. Steam will start to be generated after about 5-10 minutes
  7. Verify the correct distribution of steam inside the cabin
  8. Check that there are no leaks from the gaskets
  9. At the end of the cycle, the system will perform automatic drainage (display "d")

NOTE: During the first 2-3 uses it is normal to perceive a slight odor due to the initial heating of the heating elements and materials. Ventilate the room well after use.

2 Daily Use

2.1 Starting the Turkish Bath

  1. Verify that the water supply tap is open
  2. Turn on the vaporizer by pressing the ON/OFF button on the control panel
  3. The panel turns on and the solenoid valve opens to fill the generator
  4. Press the SET button to change the temperature
  5. Use the UP/DOWN buttons to adjust the temperature (range 35-55°C)
  6. Press SET again to confirm
  7. Press the TIME button to set the duration (range 1-60 minutes)
  8. Use UP/DOWN to adjust the timer
  9. The LCD display will show the temperature and remaining time
  10. When the water reaches the ideal level, the system starts heating it
  11. Wait about 5-10 minutes for steam to start being generated
  12. Enter the cabin when the steam is well distributed

2.2 During the Session

  • Sit comfortably on the acrylic benches
  • Breathe deeply to benefit from 100% humidity
  • Avoid sudden movements
  • Drink water before and after the session (not during)
  • Monitor your physical sensations
  • In case of discomfort, exit immediately

WARNING: Do not touch the steam diffuser during operation - danger of serious burns. Steam can reach temperatures above 100°C.

2.3 Shutdown

The Turkish bath automatically turns off after 45 minutes (maximum session duration). The vaporizer automatically performs the following operations:

  1. Interruption of steam generation
  2. Opening of drain valve
  3. Complete emptying of the boiler (display shows "d" or "dd")
  4. Filling with fresh water to wash and cool the heating elements
  5. Final shutdown after drainage completion (display "-d")

Alternatively, it is possible to turn off manually by pressing the ON/OFF button. The drainage cycle will still be performed automatically.

WARNING: Never interrupt the automatic drainage cycle. It is essential to maintain the efficiency and durability of the generator.

3 Control Panel - Functions

3.1 Buttons and Functions

4 Error Codes and Notifications

WARNING: In case of error code -H (overheating), immediately turn off the vaporizer, exit the cabin and wait for complete cooling before turning on again.

5 Optimal Parameters for Ideal Session

NOTE: Humidity in the Turkish bath is always 90-100%. Unlike the Finnish sauna, it is neither necessary nor possible to regulate it.

5.2 Complete Session Sequence

  1. Take a warm shower to prepare the body (2-3 minutes)
  2. Dry completely before entering
  3. Enter the Turkish bath and sit comfortably
  4. Remain seated for 15-20 minutes breathing deeply
  5. Exit and take a cool (not cold) shower to reactivate circulation
  6. Rest wrapped in a bathrobe for 10-15 minutes
  7. Drink plenty of water to rehydrate
  8. Optional: repeat the cycle a second time reducing the duration to 10 minutes

6 Contraindications and Precautions

6.1 Absolute Contraindications

DO NOT use the Turkish bath in the presence of:

  • Pregnancy (without medical permission)
  • Serious heart problems (heart failure, severe arrhythmias, recent heart attack)
  • Very high uncontrolled blood pressure
  • Fever or acute infections
  • Uncontrolled epilepsy
  • Severe kidney failure
  • Deep vein thrombosis
  • Open wounds or skin infections

6.2 Relative Contraindications - Consult a Doctor

  • Reduced physical, mental or sensory capacities
  • High blood pressure controlled by drugs
  • Diabetes
  • Chronic respiratory problems (asthma, COPD)
  • Varicose veins
  • Coagulation disorders
  • Ongoing drug therapies
  • People over 70 years old

6.3 General Precautions

6.4 Warning Signs - Exit Immediately if:

  • Mental confusion
  • Any sense of discomfort or feeling of non-comfort

WARNING: Leave the Turkish bath immediately if any sense of discomfort occurs. In case of persistent discomfort after exiting, consult a doctor immediately.

7 Tips to Maximize Benefits

7.1 Before the Session

  • Drink at least 500 ml of water 30 minutes before
  • Avoid heavy meals in the 2 hours before
  • Take a warm shower to prepare the skin
  • Remove makeup, creams and jewelry
  • Bring a towel and a bottle of water for afterwards

7.2 During the Session

  • Sit in the most comfortable position
  • Breathe deeply and slowly through your nose
  • Avoid talking excessively to not disperse respiratory benefits
  • Relax completely, close your eyes if desired
  • Do not rub your skin during sweating
  • Respect recommended times without exceeding

7.3 After the Session

  • Cool (not cold) shower for 2-3 minutes
  • Dry gently without rubbing
  • Rest for at least 15 minutes wrapped in a bathrobe
  • Rehydrate by drinking at least 500 ml of water or herbal teas
  • Apply moisturizer on still damp skin
  • Avoid temperature changes for at least 30 minutes
  • Ventilate the room after use
