1 First Start-Up
The first start-up of the infrared sauna requires some precautions to ensure proper operation and eliminate residual odors.

1.1 Initial Preparation
- Verify that the installation has been completed correctly
- Check that all panels are securely fastened
- Remove any plastic protection from the panels
- Verify that the door opens and closes correctly
- Check that the control panel is powered
1.2 First Start-Up Procedure
- Ventilate the room: Open room windows for 10-15 minutes
- Open door: Leave the sauna door open
- Power on: Turn on the control panel
- Low setting: Temperature 40-45°C, timer 20 minutes
- Heating: Wait for cycle completion with door open
- Ventilation: Let ventilate 30 minutes after shutdown
- Repetition: Repeat cycle 2-3 times before first use
WARNING: During the first 2-3 start-ups it is normal to perceive a slight odor of new materials. This will disappear after the break-in cycles.

2.2 Display - Displayed Information
The display (11) shows simultaneously:
- Current temperature: Detected value
- Set temperature: Target value
- Remaining time: Minutes remaining until session end
- Audio source: FM/MP3/Bluetooth/AUX symbol
- Keypad lock: Padlock icon (automatic activation after 2 minutes)
- Ozonator: O3 icon when active
- Temperature scale: Celsius/Fahrenheit
2.3 Power On and Settings
The infrared sauna heats up quickly and is ready for use in 10-20 minutes:
- Press button 1 (Power) to turn on - the display lights up
- Press button 8 (SET) - the indicators start flashing
- Use cursors 2 to set desired temperature
- Press 8 (SET) to confirm temperature
- Use cursors 2 to set session time
- Press 8 (SET) to confirm time
- Press button 5 (Heater) to activate heating
- The system starts heating and the timer starts
- Wait 10-20 minutes to reach target temperature
- Enter when temperature is reached or even during heating
NOTE: Default temperature: 50°C. Maximum achievable: 60°C. Control precision: ±2°C.
WARNING: Unlike the Finnish sauna, you can enter even during heating.
2.4 Automatic Keypad Lock
To prevent accidental changes during the session:
- After 2 minutes of inactivity the keypad locks automatically
- The padlock symbol appears on the display
- To unlock: press button 1 (Power)
- The padlock symbol turns off and the keypad is active again

WARNING: Lower temperatures compared to the Finnish sauna allow longer sessions. Never exceed 45 continuous minutes.
2.6 Position in Sauna
To maximize the benefits of infrared radiation:
- Upright sitting position
- Legs extended or bent.
- Arms along the sides
- Distance from panels: Maintain at least 10 cm distance, do not touch
NOTE: Always use a towel to sit on, both for hygiene and to absorb sweat.
3 Hydration and Preparation
3.1 Before the Session
- Drink 300-500 ml of water 30 minutes before
- Take a warm shower without scented soaps
- Dry completely
- Do not apply creams or oils to the skin
- Avoid heavy meals in the 2 hours before
- Bring towels and water inside
3.2 During the Session
- Drink small sips of water (200-300 ml during session)
- Wipe sweat with towel when necessary
- Breathe normally and deeply
- Relax, meditate or listen to relaxing music
- Exit immediately if you feel unwell
3.3 After the Session
- Remain seated 2-3 minutes before standing up
- Exit slowly from the sauna
- Sit or lie down for 5-10 minutes
- Warm (not cold) shower after 10-15 minutes
- Drink plenty of water (400-600 ml)
- Rest 15-20 minutes before resuming activities

To maximize toxin elimination:
- Temperature: 55-60°C
- Duration: 35-40 minutes
- Frequency: 3-4 times a week
- Hydration: Drink at least 500 ml before and 600 ml after

- On device: activate Bluetooth and search for devices
- Select the sauna from device list and complete pairing (only first use)
- Press button 3 (Play/Pause) to start playback
- Use cursors 2 briefly to skip tracks
- Hold cursors 2 to adjust volume
5.2.2 USB MP3
Playback from USB stick (MP3 format):
- Insert USB drive with MP3 music into USB port (10)
- Press button 4 until MP3 symbol appears on display

5.2.5 Audio Tips

5.3 O3 Ozonator (if present)
WARNING: Function ONLY for cabin disinfection - DO NOT use with people inside.
The ozonator saturates the environment with ozone (O3) to sanitize the cabin.
5.3.1 Correct Use
- Ensure the cabin is EMPTY - no person inside
- Press button 7 (O3) to activate ozonator
- O3 symbol appears on display
- Leave the sauna closed and empty during operation
- Automatic shutdown after 30 minutes
- Manual shutdown: press button 7 again
- After O3 cycle: ventilate cabin for 10 minutes before use

9 Shutdown
At the end of the session:
- The timer automatically turns off the panels
- If early shutdown needed, use OFF button
- Open the door and let ventilate 15-20 minutes
- Remove used towels
- Dry any sweat from benches
- Leave door ajar until complete cooling
- Turn off main switch if not used for days
NOTE: Proper ventilation after use keeps the wood dry and prevents unpleasant odors.
